Regular Classes

Classes will be for the duration of 60 minutes covering Kriyas, Asanas, suryanamaskara and Meditation, Yoga theory.

Currently we are operating Morning batch at AIRD School, Kathriguppe Main Road, BSK 3rd stage, Bangalore-560085. Morning batch 6.30AM to 7.30 AM.

Weekend Yoga

This service is available to individual and group on need basis.

Corporate Yoga

Requestor need to specify the duration of the services required and what is required? Like Stress Handling methods, Basic breathing practice, Asanas, Yoga for IT people, Yoga for retail Industry, Sukshma Vyama, Pranayama, Suryanamaskara, theory of yoga sessions.

Therapy Classes

It will be taken for individuals, home visit facility is also available

Yoga Certifications

We have MOU with trusts, universities to provide Certification.

Yoga services to Schools and Colleges

We provide Regular Yoga services to Schools and colleges. While requesting please specify for how many hours training is required, and expected number of students. Certification can also be provided based on the requirement.

Individual Classes

We provide individual yoga service for customers at their home.
